  About the Author
  Arthur Winter is a graduate of Frostburg State University, where
he received his BS in chemistry. Winter received his PhD at the University of Maryland in 2007, where his research
involved studying extremely short–lived reactive intermediates using laser spectroscopy. He is currently a
